Our estate sale this weekend is located in Ashely Place subdivision in Flat Rock, NC. The home features audio equipment of every type and make, vintage speakers, MCM furniture including 2 red stressless chairs, contemporary furniture, 1970's furniture, kitchen items and much more.Please see the photos for details.

It is located on the Kanuga Rd end of Erkwoord Dr.
Turn onto Ashely Place from Erkwood Dr
The home is located 400' on your left.
Carl will be there to assist with parking.
Please do not block the neighbors driveways or mailboxes, or park on their yards.
Cash/$10.00 minimum for credit/debit cards.
If an item has the description and price marked on a notecard and you would like it, please take the notecard. Once you are ready to checkout present the notecard for payment. ( We will have roaming employees that can put a sold sign with your name on it as well)
